The Catellani & Smith Stchu-Moon 1 is a floor lamp with a hemisphere as a shade. This hemisphere is placed with the inner side towards the front and has a diameter of 40 or 60 cm.
Description
The Catellani & Smith Stchu-Moon 1 is a floor lamp made of an aluminum hemisphere. The interior has an irregular, relief-like surface covered with gold leaf, silver leaf or copper. The external part of the hemisphere is kept in matt black for all versions. The reflectors containing the lamps are also in black and illuminate the inside of the hemisphere. The floor lamp is available in two sizes: with a diameter of 40 cm or 60 cm. The version with 40 cm diameter has a reflector, the version with 60 cm has two reflectors. A dimmer with slider is integrated on the cable.
