Type 75 Lamp with Desk Insert
[Kenneth Grange]
Description
The Anglepoise Type 75 Lamp with Desk Insert is a recessed lamp with a tiltable and rotatable lamp shade. The lamp arms can be readjusted again and again using tension spring technology. This tension spring technology was developed in 1935 by industrial designer George Carwadine for the British lighting manufacturer and also ensures that the lamp arms remain in any set position. The Type 75 Lamp with Desk Insert is available in the following surfaces: alpine white, silver lustre, slate grey and jet black. Shade and arms are made of aluminum. The on/off switch is integrated in the shade of this lamp. The recessed light can be operated with LED retrofit lamps or compact fluorescent lamps. A table base in the matching surface is included in the scope of delivery.
