The Ingo Maurer 24 Karat Blau Floor has eight covers of gold leaf, which has been poured in acrylic glass. The floor lamp was created by Axel Schmid.
Description
The Ingo Maurer 24 Karat Blue Floor is 167 cm high. The lamp shade is made up of eight covers gold leaf molded in acrylic glass. The gold leaf is made so thin that short-wave, blue light passes through the molecules and a part of the shade looks bluish. In addition, golden light is reflected inside the shade. The lamp base has a length as well as a width of 53 cm. The floor lamp is available with a red lamp rod. On the socket, a pull switch is integrated. A high-voltage halogen lamp with a maximum power of 60 watts or an LED retrofit can be used as a light source. The lamp was created by Axel Schmid.
