Serien Lighting Jones

The Serien Lighting Jones is a very flexible floor lamp, as it can be used as ceiling floodlight as well as as a reading light or as a decorative room light. Between these functions, the lamp can be adjusted by two buttons on the lamp rod, cause they regulate the height of the light. When the lamp rod is at its highest position, the light is emitted primarily upwards to the ceiling. In the middle position, the lamp emitted the light diffusely into the room and at the same time upwards and downwards. When the lamp rod is adjusted to its lowest position, the light is emitted mainly downwards. A third button on the shade is used to regulate the light intensity. If desired, the white shade can also be illuminated in different colours by using coloured glass. The glass insert is offered in yellow or orange, one insert is always included. The Jones is also available in two sizes, with a shade diameter of 34 or 45 cm. The lamp with a shade diameter of 34 cm is height adjustable between 155 and 171 cm, the lamp with a shade diameter of 45 cm can be adjusted between 152 and 172 cm in height. Uwe Fischer designed the floor lamp for Serien Lighting. The light has already received the awards Design Center North Rhine-Westphalia and Red Dot Award.
